JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa

The absolute highlight was the massage from therapist Hollis. She found every tight spot intuitively. Best massage ever. I slept so well that night my Garmin watch alerted me that my metrics were abnormal (so much more relaxed than I had been in months). The rooms are apparently recently remodeled. Very spacious. The whole property is very large and impressively nestled into the desert. Poolside food was shockingly good - it's extremely rare, I find, for food that's delivered to you to be exactly as good as if you had transported yourself to the restaurant. The ahi was delightful, fries crispy, beer cold.

JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass continues to set the standard for what a luxury resort experience should be. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was exceptional. The front desk team was welcoming and professional, the rooms were beautiful, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. His leadership, attentiveness, and ability to make guests feel valued are truly remarkable. The pool beverage team, especially Sophia, was outstanding. Despite working in triple-digit Arizona heat, the entire staff remained positive, attentive, and dedicated to providing excellent service. Their energy and commitment did not go unnoticed. We were equally impressed by the bell staff, particularly Gianni and Brian, who consistently provided friendly, professional, and helpful service throughout our stay. My family and I have been visiting this proper
